Tomorrow, I start my first day in my new position. I am excited. I am praying that everything goes well. Today work is going along nicely; I already had my first break. An hour from now, I will have lunch, and two and half hours later my second break. Then only an hour and half until I go home. :D) That's for everyone who was itching to know the ins and outs of my schedule at work. lol Yeah, I know. Anyway, in other news, I started the dishwasher this morning. You may ask why is this noteworthy? Well, it's noteworthy because starting the dishwasher has been on my to do list for about five days now. Maybe not five, but at least three. :) Anyway, I took care of that, also I finished a very unsatisfactory drama recently. I hate it when writers make unjustified choices. I don't have to agree with every choice a character makes, but there choices need to make sense in the context of the story. In said drama, the choice of the main character came at a time when nothing was pushing him to make his choice, in fact everything that would have made the choice make sense had been resolved. So why did he make the choice. There was nothing in the story line that made this particular choice necessary. It annoyed me, especially since I liked the story until that point. The ending was okay, I mean they did leave the story with hope for the future, but still.
Anyway, in other news, I am still praying about a fundraising idea to help pay off my huge ORU bill so I can get my degree. I have had a few ideas, but nothing has geled yet. God is faithful though, so I know something will work out soon. I ordered a book on Korean, that should be arriving on Tuesday. I am so excited. I have checked the book out of the library, and I like the way it teaches. I think I can learn a lot from it. I am will be so happy when I am fluent in Korean. When I don't have to have subtitles to know what people are saying. I get excited on the occasion, that I can tell some of what a person is saying without the subtitles. I can understand an average of 15% of what people are saying. That needs to be increased. :D) By the time I get a job over there, I want to be a decent conversationalist at least.
